HSP Gaming has been fined $20,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for allowing underage players to gamble at its Philadelphia venue the SugarHouse Casino, while the state regulator has also suspended the chief executive of another casino for a different underage violation.
The fine was agreed as part of a consent agreement between the Control Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and HSP Gaming, and subsequently ratified by the regulator.
