A New Jersey judge has approved the sale of Atlantic City's Revel Casino Hotel to Florida-based property developer Glenn Straub, who had previously failed in a bid for the venue, only for the acquirer to pledge to launch an appeal to block the sale as he looks to lower the purchase price.
