888 given green light to launch Nevada poker network

UK-listed online gaming operator 888 has secured preliminary approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) to launch a network connecting all sites using the company’s poker software in the state.

At a meeting of the NGCB held Wednesday, the regulator approved requests by 888’s partners, Caesars Interactive and Treasure Island, to “accept or facilitate wagers using an inter-operator poker network.”
