Chinese lottery supplier Success Universe Group has entered into an agreement to jointly launch telephone sales of the welfare lottery in the province of Shanghai.
The deal with the Shanghai Welfare Lottery Issuance Centre will see Success become an official business partner of the lottery, providing a telephone agency sales service for the welfare lottery through its technology service platform.
