Professional Spanish tennis player Guillermo Olaso has been hit with a five year ban from the sport after being convicted of three offences under the Uniform Tennis Anti-Corruption Programme (UTACP).
Olaso, who was also fined $25,000, was found guilty of one violation of Article D.1.c and two violations of Article D.2.a.i of the UTACP, with the first relating to an attempt to influence any aspect of a tennis match.
