GI Games Integrations: Featuring NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Habanero and more

7th February 2020 10:10 am GMT

This week has seen a whole host of integrations involving the likes of NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Habanero, Spinmatic, Pragmatic Play, Salsa Technology and Ezugi.

NetEnt

NetEnt has expanded its NetEnt Connect content aggregation platform with deals to integrate with three new game suppliers.

NetEnt Connect was launched in early December and has since been expanding with more games from Red Tiger. The portfolio of games available to connected operators will grow even more as the first three game suppliers outside of NetEnt Group are integrated onto the platform.

The integration of UK-based developer Games Inc includes proprietary content, as well as access to a number of up and coming game studios, while games from G, formerly known as Gluck Gamevy, comprise a range of scratch cards, a puzzle strategy game and video lottery games, all featuring big jackpots.

“This is a very exciting time,” said G CEO Paul Dolman-Darrall. “We have some big hits under our belt and more major launches coming. With NetEnt, we look forward to expanding our distribution and learning from the best.”

In addition, NetEnt Connect will be integrated with Scout Gaming Group’s fantasy sports offering, which will be made available to NetEnt’s customers.

“I am proud that we, as selected fantasy sports and “player performance odds” provider, can sign this agreement with NetEnt, who are expanding its business to also include distribution,” said Scout Gaming CEO Andreas Ternström. “It is a pioneering deal and a clear sign of NetEnt’s true innovation ability.

“This means that our products reach operators and end consumers in the shortest possible time frame, since most of the integration will already be in place. NetEnt has a global reach and many of our most prioritized customers can be found within their distribution network.”

NetEnt Connect director Rob Fell commented: “We are very happy to grow the NetEnt Connect portfolio of content. The three suppliers whose content will now be available to operators through Connect shows our commitment of diversifying the overall portfolio.

“Adding scratch cards and fantasy sports complements the content of NetEnt and Red Tiger in a very good way.”

Yggdrasil / Black Cow

Yggdrasil has agreed a deal to integrate Black Cow Technology’s Games Development Kit (GDK) platform into Yggdrasil’s new GATI solution, which powers the supplier’s YG Masters programme.

The deal marks the first GDK partner for Yggdrasil’s newly launched Publishing division, and will see Black Cow build game engines for studios who join the YG Masters program.

The collaboration also allows Black Cow’s existing studio partners to quickly and easily become YG Masters partners.

“I’m delighted to be able to announce our partnership with Black Cow,” said Yggdrasil head of partner strategy and sourcing Stuart McCarthy. “Our revolutionary GATI solution allows studios and game developers to build directly onto our platform, thus benefitting from our global distribution, promotional tools and regulated market adaptors while taking control of their roadmap and retaining complete protection of their IP.

“By adding Black Cow’s proven gold standard GDK technology for studios looking for game engine build we believe we have created the perfect go-to solution for any game studio looking to quickly, efficiently and securely get their games to market.”

Black Cow Technology commercial director Tony Plaskow said: “Black Cow is honoured and excited to be partnering with Yggdrasil in its new Publishing venture.

“By integrating our GDK into GATI we provide an efficient and rapid way for prominent game developers to build and distribute their games into Publishing’s valuable universe.”

Pragmatic Play / LeoVegas

Pragmatic Play has rolled out its live casino portfolio with operator LeoVegas.

The integration has seen live casino games such as Speed Roulette, Live Blackjack and Baccarat, made available to LeoVegas’ customers.

“We are delighted to have further expanded our partnership with LeoVegas, one of the industry’s best-known operators,” said Pragmatic Play vice president Lena Yasir. “We have strived to create a slick user experience in our live casino products, so we are very pleased to see yet another top casino brand going live with our ever-expanding portfolio.”

LeoVegas head of live casino Rokas Benetis commented: “We’re excited to offer Pragmatic Play’s Live Casino games to our players. Pragmatic Play has done a great job to build strong selection of classic table games, and I think it will be a great addition to our product portfolio.”

Spinmatic / Salsa Technology

Salsa Technology, formerly Patagonia Entertainment, has signed a content integration deal with Malta-based supplier Spinmatic.

The integration will see Spinmatic’s slot portfolio made available through Salsa Technology’s Game Aggregation Platform (GAP).

“Spinmatic’s superb slots and casino HTML5 games will instantly enhance our offering,” said Salsa Technology global business development manager Victor Arias. “The games are all top quality and we’re certain they will be a hit with our clients.”

Spinmatic sales director Adam Spisak added: “We are very pleased to extend our offer to the Latin American market with such a great, experienced partner as Salsa Technology.

“Our innovative suite of multiplatform slots and bingo games has been prepared to amaze players around the world and we’re looking forward to providing big benefits to all Salsa's clients through this new agreement.”

Salsa Technology / BetWarrior

In related news, Salsa Technology has signed a deal to launch its casino content with operator BetWarrior.

BetWarrior will gain access to Salsa Technology’s library of titles, which includes Halloween Groove Bingo and the recently released Jogo dos Bichos Praia.

“BetWarrior has identified Latin America as an important market and we’re proud that our localised games will help the company make the most of the exciting region,” said Arias.

BetWarrior casino product manager Katalin Horvath added: “Salsa Technology is one of Latin America's most innovative providers, so it made perfect sense for BetWarrior to add its fantastic range of localised content to our product offering.

“We continue to build the leading mobile gaming proposition on the market, and new content for forward-looking providers such as Salsa Technology is a key part of this process.”

Habanero / Codere

Habanero has launched its games in Colombia’s regulated iGaming market for the first time following an integration with operator Codere.

Codere’s players in Colombia will be able to enjoy Habanero’s most popular slots incuding Egyptian Dreams, 5 Mariachis and Lucky Lucky, as well as the supplier’s roulette, blackjack and poker games.

“Colombia is a really exciting market full of potential and we are delighted to be making our debut at a time when opportunities are aplenty,” said Habanero business development executive Vera Motto. “To do it with such a prestigious and respected operator makes our entrance particularly significant and we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership as we both continue to grow our footprint in the market.”

Codere business development executive Salo Leder said: “Habanero’s portfolio features a vast number of high-quality offerings, matched by an array of state-of-the-art marketing solutions.

“We are happy to be the first operator to feature their games in Colombia as they are sure to be a hit with our players there.”

Ezugi / QTech Games

QTech Games has agreed a deal to roll out Ezugi’s portfolio of live dealer games in Asia.

Ezugi table games including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, three-card poker and Andar Bahar will be made available to operators via the QTech platform.

The deal expands QTech’s platform, which comprises content from SG Digital’s NextGen Gaming, Habanero, Lighting Box, Elk Studios, Playtech-owned Quickspin, as well as its own proprietary games.

“We’re thrilled to have signed this agreement with Ezugi, whose games need no introduction and are always raising the bar for cutting-edge, mobile and web live dealer gaming,” said QTech Games chief executive Markus Nasholm. “Even from a soft launch in December, the response from our network of operator partners was both immediate and universal.

“It’s a real milestone moment for QTech to have finalised a definitive product set with this latest key addition to our platform.”

A spokesman for Ezugi said: “It’s fantastic for us to put the final piece in place on the QTech Games jigsaw, and we look forward to their platform taking our games to new, untapped audiences across emerging markets.

"Ezugi’s unwavering dedication to delivering engaging live-player experiences affords customers, who love these games, the visceral thrill of playing in a real-world casino, while QTech’s peerless Asian knowledge made them the perfect partner for us.”
