Philadelphia-based casino supplier KGM Gaming has signed a letter of intent with games developer Spin Games to enter the regulated North American online gaming market.
KGM, which currently serves as the exclusive distributor of Ainsworth Gaming products for the east coast, intends to license a portfolio of interactive content and technology from Spin Games, including slots, bingo, keno, video poker and table games for use within KGM's licensed regulated interactive markets.
