Playtech founder Teddy Sagi continues to reduce his ownership of the company, with his holding now falling below 5 per cent of its issued share capital.
Sagi's Brickington Trading sold approximately 4.9 million shares this week, reducing its stake to around 4.79 per cent of the business.
Playtech was not party to the sale and will not benefit from the proceeds.
