Pennsylvania’s Attorney General has blocked the contract to award Camelot Global Services the right to manage the Pennsylvania State Lottery, on the basis that it violates the state constitution.
The Attorney General’s decision brings a halt to one of the most disputed private management contracts which ultimately had one sole bidder, Camelot, after two other bidders withdrew from the process.
