Dutch responsible gaming association Speel Verantwoord has highlighted a number of reservations over the proposed merger of the Netherlands Staatsloterij and De Lotto owner Nationale Sporttotalisator (SNS), warning that the new entity may hold an unfairly dominant position in the country’s regulated gaming market.
