Online casino operator AMGO iGaming has named former NYX Gaming co-founder Staffan Lindgren as its new chairman.
During his time at NYX, Lindgren steered the company through a successful Toronto IPO in 2014 and was also heavily involved in the acquisitions of Ongame Network, Chartwell Technologies and CryptoLogic.
AMGO iGaming, which recently agreed a deal to acquire Jetbull from EveryMatrix, said that Lindgren’s experience in M&A will help to drive future growth.
