Shares in online gaming software provider Contagious Gaming will begin trading on Toronto’s TSX Venture Exchange later today following the completion of its reverse takeover transaction with Contagious Sports and Telos Entertainment.
Formerly Kingsman Resources, the Toronto-listed company was previously engaged in the exploration, development and mining of mineral properties in Canada.
