France’s BetClic Everest Group (BEG) has promoted CEO and BetClic founder Nicolas Béraud to president of the recently rebranded group, while vice president and former CEO Isabella Parize has stepped down to take charge of BEG’s new online skill games offering, SkillStar.com.
