The first cross-border online poker liquidity sharing between European jurisdictions has come into effect today following the publication of regulations in Spain’s Official State Gazette.
It follows last year's signing of a cross-border agreement between four European iGaming jurisdictions, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Both the French and Spanish regulators have since passed legislation to facilitate liquidity sharing.
