Jersey-based online gaming business Twelve40 has appointed a new CEO and business development director following its merger with another technology business based in the Bailiwick.
Twelve40, the first operator to be licensed in Jersey, has combined operations with software platform developers Code Collective, with the enlarged company to work under the Twelve40 brand.
Following the merger, the company has appointed Andrew Jarrett as CEO, while Nigel Renouf has joined as business development director.
