The US state of Kentucky has moved forward legislation requiring anyone offering online horserace betting to Kentucky residents to be licensed by the state racing commission.
HB378 was approved Wednesday by the Senate State and Local Government Committee and now moves to the full Senate. It has already cleared the House in February by a vote of 94-2.
