New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has published revised guidelines for the licensing of online gaming affiliates.
The DGE requires iGaming marketing companies to be licensed under one of two categories. Affiliates who are paid a flat fee to direct traffic to a site are eligible to apply for vendor registration, while those whose earnings are tied to player activity must be registered as an ancillary casino service industry enterprise (CSIE).
