London-listed online bingo-led operator JPJ Group has completed the sale of its social gaming business to South Korean social casino operator Bagelcode.
As revealed last month, JPJ agreed to sell its social brands Jackpotjoy Social and Starspins Social for a total cash consideration of £18.1m.
The company confirmed Monday that the social business was sold to Bagelcode, which was founded in 2012 and already has an established player-base in the vertical through its Club Vegas and Epic Diamond Slots brands.
