Gaming VC’s Betaland Deploys New Chartwell Gaming Platform

Chartwell Technology has announced that Betaland, the newest brand of Gaming VC, has become the first licensee of its newly launched Alderney-based gaming platform, providing Betaland a flash-based online casino platform with a full suite of games and simple third-party content integration.

As Gaming VC continues to focus its efforts away from Germany, the Betaland brand targets English, Italian, Hungarian and Romanian speaking markets with a geographically customised offering.

"We are seeing increased demand for the benefits offered by an open architecture platform, especially with the industry's most significant operators such as Gaming VC," said Dave Acorn, Chief Operating Officer of Chartwell Technology.

Shares in Gaming VC Holdings S.A (Co. Profile) (AIM:GVC) are currently trading at 215.00 pence per share in London this morning while shares in Chartwell Technology Inc (Co. Profile) (TSX:CWH) will commence trading at CAD$1.15 per share in Toronto later today.
