Deutsche Olympische Sportbund (DOSB), Germany’s Olympic Sports Confederation, has submitted a draft proposal to the heads of state of Germany’s 16 federal states, outlining its vision for a liberalised and regulated gaming market to replace the current system imposed by the State Treaty on Gaming.
The draft proposal, developed by Kiel based lawyer Martin Nolte, is broadly in line with the draft law submitted to the European Commission by the government of Schleswig-Holstein last week.
