Horse racing fans in the Australian State of New South Wales were presented yesterday with one of the more complicated ways imaginable to place bets via the internet while at racecourses, after Racing NSW moved forward to try and enact some of the recommendations of an independent review of wagering in the state which was published in October 2008.
