The Ohio Casino Control Commission is inviting stakeholders to comment on its proposed regulations for fantasy contests.
The release of the draft regulations follows passage of HB 132 in December 2017, giving the Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) oversight of fantasy contests, including licensing, regulation, investigation and enforcement.
The proposed regulations were released Wednesday (Jan. 2nd), with stakeholders invited to submit comments to the OCCC by January 16th.
