William Hill and friends maul UK offshore proposals

William Hill’s head of public affairs Andrew Lyman was in typically combative mood at this week’s International Gaming Law Summit. Together with Remote Gambling Association (RGA) chief Clive Hawkswood, he presented a strong case with which to counter the imagined worst excesses of the UK government as it seeks to overhaul its offshore licensing regime.
