The UK Gambling Commission has published proposed changes to regulations governing gambling operations, with wide-ranging implications for operators and suppliers, and poker networks in particular.

Under the proposed amendments, both gaming software suppliers and consumer facing operators will be required to hold a Gambling Commission licence to transact with British consumers, irrespective of where the operator or technology is based.
