The Kentucky Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the internet gambling domain names seizure case initiated by the Commonwealth of Kentucky back to the Franklin County Circuit Court in order to determine the standing of iMEGA and the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC).

iMEGA and IGC had petitioned the Supreme Court to have their writ actions transferred to it from the Court of Appeals.

In its decision the Supreme Court stated that iMEGA and IGC had yet to establish standing in the case by proving that they represent the owners of the domains in question.
