B2B fantasy sports software provider Global Gaming Network and entertainment producer Innovative Media Group have finalised a merger agreement, with the transaction expected to close within two weeks.
The agreement will see Global Gaming Network acquire 100 per cent of Innovative’s stock and assets in exchange for restricted preferred and common shares, valued at $4m, with Innovative also awarded Global Gaming’s outstanding Series B preferred shares.
