All new Sky Broadband customers in the UK will be subject to automatic content filtering from next year, with access to sites for online gaming and other adult content blocked during the day.
The launch of automatic content filtering comes two years after the launch of an optional service, during which time adoption rates have been as low as 5-10 per cent.
