Stockholm-listed Net Gaming has strengthened its UK-facing iGaming affiliate business with the acquisition of Maxfreebets.co.uk.
Net Gaming will pay an initial consideration of €1.6m, with a maximum additional consideration of €0.6m based on the performance of the business over the next 12 months.
With the full additional consideration, the acquisition corresponds to an EBITDA multiple of about 3.4. The acquisition will be settled in cash from existing reserves.
