New York Senator John Bonacic has introduced legislation to regulate sports betting and mobile sports wagering in the state.
Bonacic's bill aims to amend New York's racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law to regulate sports betting and to update existing provisions which allow the state's four upstate casino gaming resorts to conduct sports betting in the event of a change in federal law.
