Canada’s Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) has retained the service of the Honourable Coulter A Osborne QC, Ontario’s former associate chief justice and integrity commissioner, to serve as independent fairness advisor as the province moves forward with plans to modernize the lottery and gaming industry.
Osborne has enjoyed a distinguished career, first as a litigator through his tenure as associate chief justice of Ontario, and more recently as head of Ontario’s civil justice reform project.
