Amaya has entered into an agreement to support an offer from Pollard Banknote to acquire Toronto-listed lottery supplier Innova Gaming Group.
Amaya indirectly holds a 40.45 per cent stake in Innova, which was spun off from the company in May 2015 following its acquisition of Diamond Game Enterprises.
