Casino operator Wynn Resorts has appointed three new independent directors to the board in a bid to strengthen its composition and skillset.
Betsy Atkins, Dee Dee Myers and Wendy Webb have been appointed as independent directors with immediate effect, following a lengthy search that included input from shareholders and an independent executive search firm.
The company said that the new directors will strengthen the board's expertise in corporate governance, communications and public affairs, technology, strategic positioning, hospitality and branding.
