Phil Satre has resigned as chairman of lottery and gaming supplier International Game Technology (IGT) with immediate effect, and has been named vice chairman of New York-listed casino operator Wynn Resorts.
Satre has served as IGT chairman since April 2015 and has been a member of the company’s board of directors since January 2009.
