Full Tilt Poker CEO Ray Bitar has claimed that the US Department of Justice (DoJ) has come to an agreement with Groupe Bernard Tapie that will allow the sale of the company.
Sources close to the case declined to comment on the details of the deal but confirmed to Gaming Intelligence that the Bitar email is genuine and accurate.
