Brickington Trading, the firm owned by Playtech founder Teddy Sagi, has reduced its shareholding in the gaming technology provider to 6.3 per cent after selling a further 36.5m shares in the company.
Playtech confirmed Tuesday that Brickington had sold the shares, equivalent to around 11.5 per cent of the company's issued shares, at 924 pence per share.
