Canada’s Amaya Gaming Group has increased its stake in The Intertain Group, the capital pool company which was amalgamated with WagerLogic acquirer Goldstar Acquisitionco last month.
Goldstar completed the acquisition of Amaya’s consumer-facing Maltese subsidiary WagerLogic on February 12th.
Following the deal, the company was combined with capital pool company Aumento Capital II Corporation via an exchange of securities, with the combined entity renamed The Intertain Group Limited.
