The Stars Group-owned affiliate odds comparison site Oddschecker has agreed to acquire London-based live scores and football statistics site WhoScored.com for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will see Oddschecker gain access to data across 500 football leagues, 15,000 teams and 250,000 players, alongside WhoScored.com’s proprietary algorithm that automatically generates player ratings in real-time during matches.
WhoScored.com was founded in 2008 and currently attracts over 300m page views per year and over 3m unique monthly users.
