Stockholm-listed performance marketing specialist Catena Media has strengthened its position in Germany with the acquisition of sports betting and financial services affiliate Dreamworx Online.
The company will pay €9.5m at completion of the transaction to acquire the affiliate assets, of which €4.0m will be paid with newly issued shares in Catena Media and the remaining €5.5m in cash.
