French sports betting operator and software supplier France Pari is moving beyond its core French and Belgian markets with the acquisition of Spanish online gaming operator Suertia.es.
France Pari has acquired 100 per cent of Suertia for an undisclosed sum and says that it plans to target the Spanish market with both B2C and B2B offerings.
Suertia was founded in 2011 by Eduardo Losilla and offers online sports betting, powered by Kambi Group, as well as casino games.
