Out-of-state operators dropped from California gaming bill

An online gambling bill has been introduced in California which addresses the previously voiced concerns of local gaming operators and native America tribes, and which aims to deliver at least $200m in licensing fees to the state in the fiscal year starting July 1st 2012.
