Boyd Gaming completed the acquisition of the Aliante Casino Hotel and Spa in northern Las Vegas, with the casino operator to pay up to US$380m for the property.
The operator has acquired the Aliante's holding company ALST Casino Holdco, becoming Boyd's first property in north Las Vegas and its tenth in the Las Vegas Valley area.
