Italian gaming operator The Box, a joint venture between Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) and GHolding, has acquired local Italian operator Jackpot Game to kickstart its Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) operations.
OEG and GHolding established the joint venture in August this year in order to capitalise on the Italian VLT boom, with an initial target to establish three VLT facilities in Italy by the end of 2013.
