Florida State Senator Gwen Margolis has again introduced a bill which would allow the state to sell lottery tickets online, after failing to do in the past two years.
The bill, SB120, would amend existing laws and authorise the Department of the Lottery to create and administer a program that provides for the sale of Florida lottery tickets through the internet.
