Mobile gambling specialist Probability plc has confirmed the placing of 4,600,000 new ordinary shares, raising £2.3m from new and existing investors which will be used to accelerate the company’s expansion in the UK and in newly regulated European markets.
Probability said that the placing of the shares has now become effective with dealings expected to commence on London’s AIM market at 8:00am tomorrow.
