Stockholm-listed Better Collective has announced its biggest acquisition to date with an agreement to acquire US sports betting affiliate Action Network.
The company will acquire the US sports betting affiliate for $240m on a cash and debt free basis, with settlement in cash and $12m of new Better Collective shares. Of the cash payment, $10m will be paid on a deferred basis as settlement of certain existing share options in Action Network.
