Lawmakers in Missouri have pre-filed legislation to legalise and regulate sports betting, having failed to pass similar legislation in each of the past four years.
The Senate bill pre-filed by Senator Denny Hoskins is substantially similar to bills introduced in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, except for the proposed tax rate, which has tripled over that time.
