Australian casino entertainment group Crown Resorts has revealed that it has acquired a 60 per cent interest in Texas social gaming developer DGN Games, operator of the Old Vegas Slots social casino.
Alongside publication of the company’s full year results earlier Thursday, Crown confirmed that it had acquired the majority stake in the Austin-based social gaming business for a consideration of US$27.5m.
