Florida Senator Jeff Brandes has filed three bills this week which aim to legalise and regulate sports betting in the state.
Brandes’ proposal would allow players over the age of 21 who are physically present in the state to bet on professional and collegiate sport and athletic events, either online or through retail kiosks.
