Spread betting firm ETX Capital has expanded its international operations, snapping up WorldSpreads’ local offices in Greece, Spain and Denmark after the company fell into administration earlier this year.
ETX said the deal would build on the company’s international business which began in 2010 with the launch of businesses in Germany and South Africa.
