US casino operator Eldorado Resorts has agreed a deal to acquire Isle of Capri Casinos in a transaction worth up to USD$1.7bn.
Eldorado and Isle of Capri have signed a definitive merger agreement that will see the former acquire all outstanding shares of Isle of Capri for $23.00 per share in cash or 1.638 shares of its common stock.
